Our filtering in Khatanga went smoothly and we eventually got back to Dudinka. Our flight from Khatanga was 3 days and 3 hours late; apparently they just delayed because there weren't enough people scheduled to fly. Unfortunately we all came down with a stomach flu, which kept us from doing much in Dudinka for the four days we were there. After getting better, on 3 May, we flew up to our last, and northernmost, site, Dikson. This satellite picture shows Dikson Island on the left, where the airport is, and the main town on the mainland point nearest the island. The lack of a bridge wasn't a problem, but must require boats in summer.
