A few weeks before station closed our group had a party at the SPARCLE building. We crammed a lot of people into that little building. In addition to normal drinks we offered slushies, a South Pole tradition, where you mix your favorite liquor with some snow from the Clean Air Sector. We also got creative, and made a pure slushie, freezing vodka with liquid nitrogen, and dishing it out with a stick. That would burn your tongue a little, but it was interesting. The outside pictures are from when we flew our balloons with a video camera looking down, and had people go out and perform.
