The supply ship, the American Tern at the ice pier and the Kracin out in the sound. The pier on the right where the ship is being offloaded is made of ice that is artificially thickened during the winter and then covered with dirt for insulation. This provides a location where the ship can navigate in enough water and get next to a pier.
